Mistie has spent most of her professional life in the hospitality industry. Among her numerous roles as a general manager, bar manager, and regional manager, she was the Director of Operations for PFS Restaurants from 1993 – 2001 when she founded EyeSpy Critiquing & Consulting – a restaurant specific mystery shopping and consulting company. Since its inception EyeSpy has worked with hundreds of restaurants and hotels nation wide providing feedback via mystery shopping and Mistie has consulted in various capacities to enhance operations and coach management teams. Mistie partnered with Oren & Nancy in 2012 for the development and growth of Oren’s Hummus Shop. She not only oversees the company’s operations as President but continues to act as the President of EyeSpy.

Mistie is a member of numerous local merchant groups, business associations, and charitable organization. Mistie also is certified through Accomplishment Coaching as a business and life coach while holding degrees in both child development and psychology.
